UK mainland Customer collection same day service - Using
Amtrak courier service, we are able to offer a same day collection for customers
requiring a fast turnround. Collections are charged to customer accounts
at cost. To use this service follow these simple steps:

| 1. Drain oil from pump and seal intake and exhaust |
| 2. Pack pump in secure box or strapped down onto pallet.
(Must be <100kg total ) |
| 3. Fill out Moorfield Health and Safety form - place in
document wallet on outside of box |
| 4. Fill out Moorfield Shipment form - place in document
wallet on outside of box |
| 5. Fax or email shipment form to sales@moorfield.co.uk |
