Moorfield produce a full range of deposition systems
and standard component
products to a modular theme, each product being part of a system but
can also operate as a stand alone component. Moorfield also
represents a number of innovative niche market products and
corporations

Mass spectrometry upgrades and portable systems....
We specialise in quadrupole mass spectrometry systems
and because we have no involvement with any QMS OEM, we can specify
any mass spec hardware within the system. This means that we can chose
the best hardware for the application.
We currently supply the ESS ecoSys - a range of
field portable systems of 200 - 300 amu with inlet choices for vacuum
connection, atmospheric and aqueous sampling.

We produce a number of components which have synergy
with our deposition business..
Ion cleaning sources, sample introduction systems,
sample transfer systems, x-ray sources and re-coating, RHEED and LEED
screens etc
