Diffusion Pumps

Our remanufactured
diffusion pumps are subjected to a rigorous refurbishment
schedule by qualified engineers. Pumps are dynamically evaluated
where possible, and are stripped degreased and cleaned.
Water ways are de-scaled. New heaters are fitted
and wiring replaced as necessary; all consumables are
replaced before the pump is rebuilt, leak checked and
tested. Each pump is tested to
its designed operating temperature and vacuum
specification and the results are data logged and filed in
accordance with ISO9000 regulations. Pumps are covered by our 6
month warranty.
